International Scientific and Practical Conference Held!

An international scientific and practical conference titled “Current Issues of State Regulation of the Economy, Local Governance, and Environmental and Agricultural Law” was held to mark the 75th anniversary of the distinguished statesman and public figure, Doctor of Economics, Academician Atamurat Muralievich Shamenov.

The main purpose of the conference was to discuss modern mechanisms of state regulation of the economy, the development of local self-government systems, as well as актуal issues in environmental and agricultural law, with the aim of developing scientifically grounded recommendations.

The conference brought together leading scholars from Kazakhstan and abroad, university faculty members, doctoral and master’s students, as well as industry professionals. During the event, participants delivered presentations and exchanged views on current trends and key challenges in the fields of economics, law, and public administration.

As part of the conference, panel sessions were organized in the following areas:

modern aspects of state regulation of the economy;

development of local governance and self-government systems;

current issues in environmental law;

agricultural law and legal regulation of the agricultural sector.

Participants shared the results of their research, exchanged experiences, and proposed practical recommendations. Special attention was paid to issues such as digitalization of the economy, sustainable development, environmental security, and legal support for the agricultural sector.

Following the conference, a set of recommendations and scientific conclusions were developed for further practical implementation.

The event became an important platform for exchanging academic experience, establishing new professional connections, and contributing to the socio-economic development of the country.
