Delegation of Kunaev University Visited Okan University to Strengthen International Cooperation

On May 12, 2026, a delegation from Kunaev University paid an official visit to Okan University. The meeting was dedicated to the development of cooperation in the fields of education and science.

The delegation was headed by the Rector of Kunaev University, Doctor of Law Zhazira Omiraliqyzy Omirali. The delegation also included Vice-Rector for Educational and Methodological Work and Academic Mobility, Candidate of Legal Sciences Baktygul Kuanyshkyzy Ilyasova, Vice-Rector for Educational Work and Socio-Cultural Development, PhD Talgat Turashevich Dyusebayev, Head of the Department of International Relations and Academic Mobility Sandugash Daukenovna Koshekova, and Head of the “Law” program Zhazira Dauletqyzy Tarap.

On behalf of Okan University, the negotiations were attended by the Rector, Professor Guliz Mugan, Vice-Rector Professor Gokce Tunc, Dean of the Faculty of Law Professor Mustafa Kocak, Vice-Dean Associate Professor Merve Duysak, and Head of the International Department Hazar Dorduncu.

During the meeting, the parties discussed opportunities for further cooperation, including the organization of academic mobility for faculty members and students, joint scientific events, collaborative publications, and the implementation of joint educational programs.
