Meeting with the “Landi” Law Firm

On September 8, 2026, a working meeting was held at Kunaev University between the University’s Vice President, Associate Professor Zhazira Omrali, and Liu Ting, Head of the “Landi” Law Firm in Shanghai (Xi’an, China).

During the meeting, the parties discussed prospects for further cooperation in the field of legal education and the training of qualified personnel for the legal profession. Particular attention was paid to expanding practice-oriented training for students, as well as creating opportunities for them to undertake professional internships at the “Landi” Law Firm.

The participants emphasized the importance of strengthening cooperation between educational and professional organizations. Practical training at a law firm will enable future specialists to gain additional professional experience, become familiar with the specifics of work in the legal field, and apply the knowledge they have acquired at the University in practice.

Another important area of discussion was the use of artificial intelligence in the field of law. The parties exchanged experience and views on the application of modern digital technologies in legal practice, as well as the possibilities for their further use in the educational process and professional training of future lawyers.

The meeting marked an important step in the development of international cooperation between Kunaev University and representatives of the Chinese legal community. Further cooperation is aimed at exchanging professional experience, developing students’ practical training, and creating new opportunities for international cooperation in the fields of legal education and advocacy.
