Professor Zhalairi Ömiräli Shakarapuly at Kunaev University will hold a scientific and methodological seminar on the topic: “Methodology for Researching
On February 23, 2026, the Scientific School of Academician of the Academy of Sciences of Higher Education of Kazakhstan, Academician of the Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Kazakhstan, Doctor of Law, Professor Zhalairi Ömiräli Shakarapuly at Kunaev University will hold a scientific and methodological seminar on the topic: “Methodology for Researching the 2026 Constitutional Reform in Kazakhstan — a Qualitatively New Stage in the Development of the Country and Science.”
The seminar is jointly organized with the Union of Judges of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Human Rights Commission under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the faculty members of Kunaev University, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, and Narxoz University.
The event will be attended by I.I. Rogov, Chairman of the Human Rights Commission under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Doctor of Law, Professor.
The seminar is intended for doctoral students of the 8D042 “Theoretical Jurisprudence” educational program.
