Kunayev University Students Attended the “Kara” Theatre Performance.
On January 22, 2026 Students and faculty members of Kunayev University attended the theatrical performance “Kara”, based on the philosophical and spiritual legacy of the great thinker Abai Kunanbayev.
The performance reveals the profound philosophical ideas and moral teachings presented in Abai’s Words of Edification. Through artistic expression, the production explores timeless themes such as human nature, conscience, responsibility, knowledge, awareness, and spiritual growth. Abai’s ideas were skillfully combined with modern stage interpretations, offering the audience a fresh and thought-provoking perspective on his heritage.
The actors’ professional performance, strong stage presence, and well-considered directorial decisions allowed the ideological and conceptual depth of the play to be fully раскрыто. Musical and lighting design further enhanced the emotional impact and artistic coherence of the production.
Students who attended the performance noted that they gained valuable educational and intellectual insights. According to their feedback, the play encourages moral reflection, self-awareness, and a deeper understanding of spiritual values.
