Graduate Employment: Trends and Prospects

At Kunaev University, an Employers’ Forum on the topic “Graduate Employment: Trends and Prospects” was held, along with the annual Job Fair for graduating students.

The event brought together representatives of various companies and organizations interested in attracting young professionals, as well as students ready to take their first steps in their professional careers. The main goal of the forum was to facilitate graduate employment and to develop effective interaction between employers and future specialists.

During the forum, participants discussed current labor market trends, employer requirements for young professionals, and career development prospects for graduates. Company representatives shared practical experience, spoke about in-demand skills, and highlighted internship opportunities.
