An important event on the topic “Law and Order” was held in Talgar
On April 16, 2026, a meaningful event was organized at Kunaev College in the city of Talgar as part of the pilot project “Law and Order.” The main goal of the meeting was to improve legal awareness among young people, prevent offenses, and promote a culture of safe behavior.
The event was attended by the President of Konaev University, Zhalairi Omirali Shakarapuly, the Rector of the university, Doctor of Law, Associate Professor Omirali Zhazira Omiralykyzy, as well as the Vice-Rector for Educational Work and Socio-Cultural Development, PhD, Associate Professor Dyusebaev Talgat Turashevich. In addition, Senior Prosecutor of the Talgar District Prosecutor’s Office Chotbaev Rashid Yerbulatovich and the Head of the Juvenile Police Unit of Talgar District Zhanbotayeva Saltanat Kakeevna shared their professional experience.
According to the agenda, a number of relevant topics were discussed. In particular, Togizbayev Galymzhan Isatayevich delivered a report on “Ludomania – gambling addiction,” highlighting its negative impact on society. Akymbek Omarbek Kasymkazhuly addressed the issues of “Violence” and “Addictive behavior.” Abdrakhmanov Serikkazy Toleuovich раскрыли тему “Vandalism” and explained ways of its prevention.
In addition, Birimkul Enlik Bakytbaykyzy raised issues of “Deviant behavior” and “Bullying,” while Buranbayeva Saliman Rakhmanovna presented a report on “College maladaptation.” Ashimbayeva Daryn Azatovich, in his speech on “Legal education,” emphasized the importance of developing legal culture.
During the event, participants were presented with informative reports, and comprehensive answers were provided to questions from students and pupils. The open dialogue platform increased young people’s interest in legal issues and demonstrated their active engagement.
At the end of the event, the organizers noted that such meetings play a significant role in youth education, the formation of legal awareness, and the strengthening of public order. Participants emphasized that in building a law-governed state, the responsibility of each citizen is of great importance, and adherence to law and order is a shared duty.
