Meeting with Representatives of №3 center

Today, a significant preventive meeting for students was held at Kunaev University with the participation of specialists from №3 center. The main objective of the event was to prevent suicide among adolescents and young people, as well as to raise awareness about the importance of mental health.

The center’s specialists conducted an informative and open-format seminar for first-year students. During the session, participants were provided with detailed information about the importance of psychological support, ways to cope with stress and anxiety, and the value of seeking timely professional help.

The seminar was interactive, allowing students to openly share their thoughts, ask questions, and receive practical advice from professionals. In addition, a survey was conducted among participants to assess their emotional well-being and psychological needs. The results will help improve future support initiatives for young people.

Such events represent an important step toward strengthening students’ mental well-being, preventing difficult life situations, and fostering a culture of mental health awareness and responsibility.
