The Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Prospects for the State and Social Development of the Country.

On October 9, 2025, a round table titled “The Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Prospects for the State and Social Development of the Country” was held at Kunaev University, dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

During the event, participants discussed topical issues related to the role of the Constitution as the foundation of sustainable social development, political and legal stability, and mechanisms for Kazakhstan’s integration into the global community. Special attention was paid to the importance of constitutional reforms and their impact on the modernization of the state system.

The round table was attended by national scholars, representatives of public associations, non-governmental organizations, and the media. The participants emphasized the importance of strengthening the rule of law, developing civil society, and preserving constitutional values as the basis for the country’s dynamic development.

Following the meeting, recommendations were developed aimed at improving legal mechanisms and strengthening public consensus.
