Advantages of Kunayev University dormitory – "Students' House":
- All dormitories have shower rooms, automatic washing machines, kitchens equipped with electric stoves, microwave ovens and refrigerators.
- Special ironing room.
- There are two showers and toilets, and four washbasins on each floor.
- The dormitory is equipped with reading rooms, recreation rooms, and first aid point.
- Free internet access (Wi-Fi) is provided.
- All dormitories have access control through cards and turnstiles.

In order to solve the whole range of problems of students living in dormitories, there is a special body of student self-government - the Student Council of dormitories, which is engaged in the organization of events and the process of students' housing.
The student dormitories are comfortable, safe, and have all the necessary conditions for living in them. Students live in single, double, and triple rooms. The dormitories have all conditions for living, studying and rest. Much attention is paid to the creation of conditions in the dormitories for studying, rest and living. Kitchen, household, and restrooms on each floor are shared. There are washing machines. All hard (table, chairs, bookcases, shoe cabinet) and soft (bedding) inventory is provided by the university. There are built-in cupboards in the rooms.
Student dormitories are equipped with CCTV cameras and monitored by security guards. At the entrance to the dormitories, the residents enter using a pass. From 23.00 to 6.00 in the morning the student dormitories are closed.
The University is committed to providing a place in the dormitory for all those who require a place. Student dormitories are located in the city center. You can arrive at the educational buildings by buses, streetcars, trolleybuses, and the subway. Housing occupancy in student dormitories begins annually on August 25th.
All students from other cities, on a contractual basis (full-time students) are provided with places in the dormitory.
Procedure for housing in dormitories:
For housing in dormitories residents are required to submit the following:
- Referral and payment receipt (issued at the conclusion of the contract for a place in the dormitory and payment for accommodation);
- Medical certificate in the form of 075-u (attach a chest photofluorography);
- Identification card (copy);
- Photos ¾ - 2ea.
