Roza Jumabekova

Brief Biography:
From 2000 to 2004, she studied at the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. From 2004 to 2007, she completed postgraduate studies at the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and defended her Candidate’s Dissertation on January 28, 2007. From 2008 to 2009, she pursued a master’s degree at Brunel University London in the United Kingdom and obtained the degree of Master of Laws (LLM in International Economic and Trade Law).
From 2014 to 2018, she completed doctoral studies at Brunel University and was awarded the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD in International Commercial and Corporate Law).
Professional Experience:
In 2004, she began her professional career as a criminal investigator at the Bostandyk District Police Department in Almaty. Over 20 years of professional experience, she has worked in various Kazakhstani universities, including the Kazakh-American University, Narxoz University, the University of International Business, and Yessenov University.
She has also worked in several UK universities and colleges, such as Birkbeck University, Coventry University London Campus, Brunel University London, Inxonexus College, and Abraham Baxter College.
State, Departmental, and International Awards, Prizes, and Honorary Titles: Recipient of the “Bolashak” Presidential Scholarship.
Scientific Publications: Author of more than 10 scientific publications.
