Kurmanalieva Elmira Bakhytzhanovna

Graduated from the Kazakh Academic University in 2000 with a degree in Law with a degree in Law with higher professional education.

In 2011, she received a diploma of the degree of Candidate of Law on the topic of her dissertation research "Prosecutorial supervision of the accurate and uniform application of land legislation in the Republic of Kazakhstan" for the degree of Candidate of Law.

Today, as a Candidate of Law, Associate Professor of the Department of Civil Law Disciplines at Kunaev University, E.B. Kurmanalieva has published more than 70 scientific articles in international scientific and practical conferences and in journals recommended by the Committee for Control in the Field of Education and Science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He periodically takes advanced training courses, and has certificates from both near and far abroad. A scientific article has been published in journals with a non-zero impact factor based on the SCOPUS database. There are 4 textbooks, teaching aids, a monograph, and more than 15 scientific articles in journals recommended by the COXON of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Since 2023, he has been working as a private notary in Almaty.
