Amangeldy Aizhan Amangeldievna

Aizhan Amangeldy Amangeldykyzy is a Doctor of Law, Associate Professor (VAK), in the field of Law at Kunaev University.

She was born on January 27, 1979, in Semipalatinsk. She graduated with honors from the Әdilet Higher School of Law, majoring in Jurisprudence. She holds the degrees of Candidate of Legal Sciences (12.00.03) and Doctor of Legal Sciences (12.00.03), as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA).

Since 2002, she has been engaged in professional and academic activities. She has worked in higher legal education, as well as in the corporate and private sectors. Since September 2020, she has been a Professor of the Department of Civil Law Disciplines at D.A. Kunaev University.

She is a member of the Scientific Advisory Council of the Intellectual Property Court of the Russian Federation, an accredited expert of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and an expert of the Institute of Legislation and Legal Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2023, she was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor (Docent). She is the author of more than 150 scientific publications, textbooks, and monographs in the field of intellectual property law.
