From 2000 to 2005, he studied at the Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abay, with a major in Jurisprudence. In 2014, he completed a master's degree at the D.A. Kunayev Humanitarian University of Transport and Law. In 2018, he completed postgraduate studies at the Kyrgyz National University named after J. Balasagyn.

By order No. 453 of the Committee for Quality Assurance in Education and Science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan on November 13, 2020, awarded the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in major 6D030100 - Jurisprudence.

Scientific activities and research interests:

The author has published more than 30 scientific articles, international publications and 2 monographs.

Labor activity:

Labor activity began in 2005. From 2005 to 2006 he was a teacher of legal disciplines at the D.A. Kunayev College. From 2007-2012, he was a lecturer of legal disciplines and supervised the production practice.

Since February 01, 2013, he was transferred to the University named after D.A. Kunayev as a lecturer of the department of "Criminal Law, Criminalistics and Law Enforcement". From September 2013 to 2015 he was Deputy Dean for Tutorial Work. Since March 1, 2014, he was the executive secretary of the Admissions Committee. From 2016-2018, he was the Assistant Pro-Chancellor for Academic Affairs. Currently, the head of the tutorial work, social and cultural development department. The experience of scientific and pedagogical work is 16 years, including 9 years at the university and 7 years at the College named after D.A. Kunayev.

PhD, Associate Professor of Criminal Law Disciplines and Law Enforcement Department of the Eurasian Law Academy named after D.A. Kunayev. Experience of work by profession in the field of education -18 years. The author of more than 30 scientific articles, international publications and 2 monographs. Completed a course of European scientific E-journal.
