The Center for Digital Educational Technologies and AI is a key structural unit of the university responsible for the comprehensive support and development of the digital educational process.

Key Functions:

• Management of the Electronic Educational Process: Organization and full execution of the higher education programs within the Platonus information system (https://pl.vuzkunaeva.kz/).
• Digital Adaptation of Students: Conducting adaptation weeks aimed at familiarizing students with the university's digital resources and the methodology of the learning process.
• Monitoring and Support for Learning: Providing consultative support to students and carrying out strict monitoring of their discipline and academic progress. This includes controlling attendance, logging, progress in mastering materials, timely completion of assignments, and objective assessment through the student's digital footprint in the information system.
• External Reporting and Data Transfer: Ensuring the updated and timely transfer of student data to the information system of the authorized body in the field of science and higher education.
• Content Management and Audit: Joint monitoring and control, together with the Area of Study (Napravleniye podgotovki), over the placement of digital educational content on the educational portal in full compliance with the approved working curricula.
• Personalized Feedback: Implementation of chatbots and intelligent assistants to provide instant and 24/7 consultation support for typical questions (FAQs) and to provide targeted methodological assistance (e.g., suggesting specific supplementary materials or self-checks) based on weaknesses identified by AI.
• Automated Content Management and Assessment (AI): Utilizing existing AI services for the rapid generation and quality enhancement of educational content. AI is also applied for the automatic checking of typical assignments (tests, short answers) and providing a preliminary assessment to the instructor, which significantly accelerates the progress monitoring process and ensures its objectivity.
