Position: head of division

Organization and control of the educational process in master's/doctoral studies;
formation of the contingent of teaching staff in the directions of master's/doctoral training programs for master's/doctoral PhD students;
planning and allocation of the entire teaching and research load for the academic year;
planning and defining the educational and research part of individual master's/doctoral student plans;
control over the fulfillment of academic and other workload by the teaching staff;
general control over the fulfillment of educational and individual plans of master's/doctoral students;
development of academic timetables;
preparation of duplicate diplomas and transcripts;
organizing and conducting graduation (control over final attestation of graduates, registration and awarding of diplomas, transcripts).
