The educational process of the University is a high-quality training of students on relevant educational programs to achieve a high level of moral, intellectual, cultural, and physical development and professional competence of students.

The University implements educational programs of higher and postgraduate education in the following areas of training: 6B042 - Law; 6B041 - Business and Management; 6B123 - Public Security; 7M042 - Law; 8D042 - Law.

The planning and organization of educational and methodical work department is a structural division of the university, carries out planning, organization, and coordination of the educational process.

The department organizes its activities in accordance with the plan of the main organizational activities of the university, the Academic Council, and plans objectives for the academic year. It carries out its activities in cooperation with the departments and other structural divisions, providing educational activities of the university.

The scope of the department's activities includes:

• review and control for compliance with licensing and accreditation requirements and requirements for the quality of education of the European educational space;
• information and technical support of modern teaching methods in the educational process;
• review and development of current requirements in the curricula and work plans of the departments in accordance with the selected educational programs;
• consulting and reviewing documents on transfer and re-enrollment of students;
• ensuring uninterrupted training process in accordance with the training schedule.
