Student Service Center

As part of the digitalization strategy of Kunaev University, the functions of the Student Service Center (SSC) have been fully automated. The provision of academic services and interaction with the administration are conducted through the Platonus Automated Information System (AIS).

List of Automated Services:

  • Electronic Appeals/Inquiries: the ability to submit official requests, feedback, or inquiries directly to the university departments.
  • Submission of applications and issuance of general purpose certificates and transcripts.
  • Course registration and generation of Individual Study Plans (ISP).
  • Monitoring of academic performance via electronic journals and grade sheets.
  • Processing of transfers, re-enrollments, and applications for academic leave.
  • Access to the digital repository of educational and methodological complexes (EMCD).

Benefits of Automation:

  1. Remote Service: Accessing services and submitting appeals is available through the user's personal account.
  2. Direct Communication: The inquiry feature ensures efficient interaction with relevant departments and timely responses.
  3. Transparency: Students can track the execution status of their requests and their interaction history in real-time.
