The Center advises students on academic matters throughout the academic period.

The Center is a place where every student gets answers to their questions.

Principles of the Center's activity: confidentiality of received information, cooperation based on trust, objectivity in solving issues, provision of reliable information.

Center is about building a dialogue between the academy's administration and its students in a new format.

Students, undergraduates, graduates, applicants, and their parents will be able to address all questions of interest to them. In particular: admission of documents, expulsion, transfers, re-enrollment, academic leave, obtaining certificates (all types) and transcripts, information on academic progress, etc.

For any questions regarding academic arrangements or documents, students may contact the Student Services Center on the 1st floor:

• quality and prompt service to students
• improving the functioning of the educational process
• supporting students in academic matters
• increasing the role of the student in the management of the educational process
• advising students in difficult situations and controversial issues during the educational process
• providing informational support in building an educational trajectory
• notifying students about innovations and changes in the regulatory and instructional documents of the university
• providing complete information when requested by the student
