The main objective of the HR department is the qualitative acquisition of highly qualified specialists. The management of the department carries out purposeful work on increasing the scientific potential of the teaching staff of the Academy.
Tasks and functions of the department
1. Coordination of activities of heads of departments and other divisions of the University in the implementation of programs, objectives and assignments set by the Chancellor.
2. Formation and creation of the University's staff structure, as well as maintenance of a data bank on the quantitative and qualitative staff structure.
3. Implementation of the basic principles of personnel policy, determination of the structure and needs in personnel, analysis of the qualitative structure and movement of personnel, provision of conditions and organization of the system of professional development, functional analysis and rationing of personnel work.
4. Taking measures to improve the level of labor and executive discipline, ensuring professional and career development of the University's employees.
5. Issuance of personnel orders in accordance with the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, conclusion of employment contracts with employees, as well as development of vacation schedules and control over the provision of paid annual leave to employees.
6. Organization and maintenance of personnel records, ensuring the safety of documents confirming the employment of the University's employees.
